The comet C/2020M3 ATLAS in that day positioned at the northern region of Orion, about 3.5 degrees NNW of λ Ori; an 8th magnitude dimmed coma was observed. This image shows us that the comet has an indistinct and short tail stretched in west direction. From now on, the comet will move northward in the wintry constellations rapidly under good conditions.
