I have captured a dimmed comet 2018Y1 Iwamoto in lower dawn skies 11 days after of its discovery. The comet Iwamoto has positioned in eastern region of Hydra and has a visual brightness of at most 12th magnitude yet. It is predited that the comet will brighten up to 7th magnitude in Feb 2019. In that day, I could hardly detect detailed structures of the comet like the presence or absence of tails due to the glittering moon with an age of 22.5.
