Auto-guided with Meade LX200 Equatorial & Pictor 201XT
Digital Camera: Canon EOS 600D (Remodeled)
Location: Ooizumi, Hokuto city, Yamanashi pref.

Camera Settings: Recording format...14bit CCD-RAW, converted to 16bit TIFF(5184×3456)
Sensitivity...ISO3200


This set of images of the comet 2013X1 PanSARRS show the change with an interval of 6 days lying in the Pegasus's square in higher evening skies, moving toward southwest direction. The comet had a burst on Jan 8, brighten the coma from 9th to 8th magnitude, and the images can show you that an apparent diameter looks about four times larger. From now on the comet will close to the sun and the observing condition becomes poorer gradually, but it's notable how bright the comet will be.
