You can see my first observation shots of the comet 2013UC10 Catalina appeared from the lower dawn ESE skies. The comet has positioned at about 6 degrees east of the Venus, and had the elevation of 19 degrees at the start of twilight. The coma has the visual brightness of about 6th magnitude, the comet has the ion tail in west direction with over 4 degrees in length, and the dust tail in southeast as so-called the anti-tail.
In that night I affected with the waning moon, could detect no clear ion tail with binocular-aided naked eyes. The comet passed the perihelion on Nov 15, but the coma looks keeping its activities, you can see that the ion tail on early morning of Dec 5 has the clear wavy structures.
