Composed 4 shots with 4min. exposed
Optical: VIXEN 20cm(7.9") VISAC with a conversion lens (f=1278mm, F6.4)
with BaaderPlanetarium Moon&Skyglow filter
Auto-guided with TAKAHASHI EM-200 Equatorial
Digital Camera: Canon EOS 600D (Remodeled)
Location: Hitachi-oota city, Ibaraki pref.

Camera Settings: Recording format...14bit CCD-RAW, converted to 16bit TIFF(5184×3456)
Sensitivity...ISO3200


The comet 2012K1 PanSTARRS in that day has positioned at a hind leg of Ursa Major (The Big Bear), just midway of psi and mu UMa, can be observed a greenish coma with a visual brightness of about 8.5th magnitude. Although it was bad transparency condition, I could detect an ionized composition surrounding the coma and a tail stretched to east direction with a length of about 15 arc minutes.
