In May 2013, the comet PanStarrs bacame a circumpolar star in lower northeast skies. In that day I could observe the comet closimg to an emission nebula of NGC7822 in eastern part of Cepheus. The coma has a visual brightness of 6th or 7th magnitude, and a widely spread fan-shaped dust tail and a short ion tail in east can be detected.
