This image is my first observation of comet 2009P1 Garradd, positioned at about 7 degrees ESE of theta Peg., eastern region of the constellation. The comet has an 8th magnitude coma and fan-like dust tail in southern direction with its length of about 5 arc minutes. It was not so good condition of thin clouds covered, but indistinct greenish ionized composition could be detected surrounding the coma.
This image has been trimmed to equivalent focal length of 1000mm.
