Auto-guided with VIXEN ATLUX Equatorial

Location: Ooizumi, Hokuto city, Yamanashi pref.

Camera Settings: Recording Format...12bit CCD-RAW, converted to 16bit TIFF(3024×2016)
CCD Sensitivity...ISO1600, White Balance...Auto



Comet 2003K4 LINEAR has appeared again in lower southeast skies in dawn of Nov 2004 after observed in western evening sky of summer. In that day the comet has 7th magnitude brightness and dimmed tail in west direction. And this image shows you that the comet has a clear anti-tail in northeast (upper left). We can estimate the anti-tail has about 20 arc minutes in length from this image.
