It's the comet 2002T7 LINEAR captured in dawn light. The comet has a dimmed tail stretched in southwest and a coma with 4th magnitude in brightness, same with it on Apr 25. Although it's very indistinct because of morning light, the tail has a length over 3 degrees stuck out from this picture.
And in that day I could observe two comets of 2002T7 LINEAR and Bradfield simultaneously in eastern lower sky.
