In beginning of May 2002, comet Ikeya-Zhang was positioned around the head of Draco. The comet was a circumpolar star, we could observe in all nighttime. Although the coma can be observed easily, the tail can hardly be recognized through binoculars. This picture shows you a very faint ion tail being stretched toward southwest and a fan like dust tail.
