This picture shows you the full moon with thin cloud hung. And the bright disk-shaped light with a diameter of about 4 to 6 degrees is surrounding the moon, the light of red and blue rings surrounds outer region in the concentric circles. These lights is called the "Corona", appeared by the little water drops contained in thin cloud refracting the moonlight. Because the refracting angles vary in the wavelength of the light, it seems that the Corona in the outside part is divided into several colors. The corona appears just by the illuminant (It's the moon in this case), it's hard to detect appeared around the sun.
