This picture shows you two bright planets of Venus (lower) and Jupiter (upper) in the western evening sky. They had approached gradually after this, and had the nearest approach on Feb 23th.
It has many clear days in winter at the Pacific side of Japan. And I'm favored with chances to capture the beautiful evening and/or dawn scenes like this.
