The Kinkazan (meaning of "golden and flowery mountain") is a small island floating about 1 km offshore from Oshika peninsula, one of sightseeing spots in Miyagi prefecture positioned at Tohoku (Northeast) district of Japan.
In that day, I gazed eastern skies at a public park overlooking the island. Several fishing boats were coming and going on the Pacific Ocean in madder red color. A bright star in upper central is the Jupiter.
