This page shows a spectrogram of the NGC2346 and an intensity profile provided from it. The profile shows two emission lines from the Balmer series, from Hα to Hβ, of hydrogen atoms. And you can recognize that the nebula includes extraordinary strong two emission lines from the ionized oxygen atoms of O III. Additionally, a notable feature is the strong emission lines of ionized nitrogen (N II), which closely overlap with the Hα line.
