NGC428 is a galaxy lying at north of the body of Cetus, near a boundary on Pisces. The galaxy is minor scaled one with size of brightness of 4 arc minutes and 12th magnitude respectively; this image can somehow detect an incomplete S-shaped wound arms structure. More, the galaxy has an indistinct arm like structure stretched in west direction.
