In southern edge of Perseus, NGC1333 is a compact reflection nebula at 4 degrees WSW of omicron Persei. The nebula has a span of a bit smaller than 5 arc minutes, glittering by reflecting an 8th magnitude central star. A huge but extraordinary dimmed gaseous matters are distributed around this field, NGC1333 is a limited small region within it.
