A barred galaxy of NGC1169 positions at five degrees southwest of alpha Persei. The galaxy has a long axis of about 4 arc minutes and brightness of 12.2nd magnitude. We can detect structure of a nucleus with barred composition and outer ring-like part. The galaxy has been estimated as 114 million light years away.
