An edge-on galaxy lying about 30 arc minutes east of delta Ceti is NGC1055.
The galaxy has a long axis of 7.6 arc minutes, a major dark lane crossing the bulge.
NGC1055 forms a small-scaled group with surrounding several galaxies, about 45 millions light years away.
At only 30 arc minutes SSE from the galaxy, you can find out a messier's galaxy of M77.
